General functions

In order to contribute to the effective implementation of Supporting “KHOR” for Women Empowerment in FATA through Strengthening of FATA’s tribal women network “Qabailee Khor” in all Agencies of FATA, the “Support Staff” (SS) will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the “Project Manager” (PM) through proper channel of “Project Admin Officer” (PAO) and “Project Coordinator” (PC) and will conduct all tasks assigned by Project Admin Officer (PAO) and facilitate in the smooth functioning of the Head Office of “KHOR” and Agencies level activities, monthly reporting, implementation of project activities and project reviews/meetings. Support Staff can be hired for a period of six months by either internal or external hiring procedures.

Specific responsibilities

1.Assist PM for smooth execution of HO and Agencies level activities, including following areas:

2. Conducting task assigned by PO Through proper channel of PAO , PC & PM

3. Office Keeping.

4. Maintenance of Office, furniture, data record and stationary etc.

5. Assist in the documentation process of activities (such as, printing/copying of documents for event reports, assessments, attendance sheets, photographs, media briefings, scanned copies of tokens etc.) and as defined in the official schedule.

6. Ensure all targets are timely achieved in the assigned areas.

7. Participate and ensure 100 % attendance in the trainings, sessions/ forums.

Qualifications
  • Intermediate level in any discipline or matriculation with three years of proven relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as support staff.
  • Knowledge of Urdu or local language Pashto will be considered an added advantage.
