Centre for Governance and Public Accountability (CGPA) is not-for-profit, non-governmental and non-partisan civil society organization. CGPA works in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) through governance focused and rights based approaches. CGPA is based in Peshawar, and is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860. Under its project “Training of Aspiring Women Candidates”, funded by UNDP, CGPA will be working on training aspiring women candidates for the upcoming elections in District Kohat and District Dera Ismail Khan. In this regard, CGPA is looking for applicants for the positions of “Master Trainers” for both districts. The trainers will be required to impart trainings to 330 aspiring women in each district according to the training content provided by UNDP.

Required Qualification and Skills

Following are the minimum skills and qualification required for the assignment:

  • At least master degree from HEC recognized university in social sciences (Law, Economics, Political science, Sociology, anthropology, development studies, etc.)
  • Sound understanding of Electoral Process.
  • At least three years past experience of imparting trainings
